Massage

Massage therapy can play an important role in long-term wellcare for people living with spinal cord injury and neurological conditions. It may help reduce muscle tension and discomfort, support circulation, improve body awareness, and promote nervous system regulation. Many clients also find that massage helps manage stress, fatigue, and the physical demands of daily life, creating a stronger foundation for movement, participation, and overall well-being. As part of NeuAbility’s integrative health services, massage therapy supports the body’s capacity to stay engaged in exercise, community, and the activities that matter most.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a gentle, whole-person therapy that can help support nervous system regulation, pain management, circulation, sleep, and overall well-being for people living with spinal cord injury and neurological conditions. Many clients use acupuncture to address challenges such as chronic pain, muscle tension, stress, fatigue, and autonomic dysregulation. As part of NeuAbility’s integrative health services, acupuncture helps create the physiological balance that supports participation in adaptive exercise, community engagement, and long-term wellness.

Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic care can help support mobility, comfort, posture, and overall physical function for people living with spinal cord injury and neurological conditions. Through individualized assessment and treatment, chiropractic care may help address musculoskeletal discomfort, movement restrictions, and the physical stresses that can develop from altered movement patterns, wheelchair use, or compensatory strategies. As part of NeuAbility’s integrative health services, chiropractic care helps support the body’s ability to move, adapt, and participate more fully in exercise, community life, and long-term wellcare.
