A Place to keep moving forward

Start with support that fits your life.

NeuAbility supports people living with spinal cord injury and neurological conditions through clinically informed Adaptive Exercise, Integrative Health Services, and community connection.

For Prospective and New Clients

There is more than one way to begin.

You may be looking for one-on-one exercise support, access to an adaptive gym, or services such as massage therapy, acupuncture, or chiropractic care. Some people use one pathway. Others use both.

You do not need to determine the perfect program before contacting us. Our team can explain the options, learn what matters to you, and help identify an appropriate next step.

Pathway One

Adaptive Exercise & Gym Access

Accessible movement and conditioning built around your goals, abilities, health, and readiness for participation.

One-on-One Adaptive Exercise

Individual sessions with an Adaptive Exercise Specialist who responds to your movement, tone, fatigue, capacity, and personal goals.

Adaptive Gym Access

Use accessible equipment in a setting designed for people with neurological disabilities. The team can help determine the level of support appropriate for you.

Additional Exercise Options

Options may include circuit classes, stretching, cardiovascular training, functional electrical stimulation equipment, and other adaptive programming.

Questions about cost?

Adaptive Exercise and gym access may involve private payment, grants, fundraising, or another approved funding source. CIH Waiver funding does not apply to exercise or gym access.

Adaptive Exercise is not physical therapy.

It supports long-term health, movement, capacity, and participation. It does not replace skilled rehabilitation or medical care when those services are needed.

Pathway Two

Integrative Health Services

Massage Therapy

Individualized care provided by a licensed massage therapist.

Option A

Private Pay

Contact NeuAbility directly to learn about current availability, rates and scheduling for the service that interests you.

Acupuncture

Individualized care provided by a licensed acupuncture professional.

Massage therapy, acupuncture, and chiropractic care that can complement Adaptive Exercise and support long-term wellness when appropriate.

Chiropractic Care

Individualized care provided by a licensed chiropractic professional.

Option B

CIH Medicaid Waiver

The Complementary and Integrative Health Waiver may authorize massage therapy, acupuncture, or chiropractic care for eligible Health First Colorado members. Your Case Management Agency determines waiver eligibility and authorization. Services cannot begin until authorization is confirmed.
